Terry Foley is a hydrocarbon sector veteran with experience spanning exploration, permitting, community relations, and investor strategy. With over 35 years of diverse experience in hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon exploration across multiple continents, he is a well-known expert in exploratory drilling, geo-coring and directional drilling operations.

Danielle Gallo oversees REP’s day-to-day operations, project development, and inter-agency coordination. A 25-year veteran of the Big Bend of Texas, she has been intimately involved in community and economic development throughout the region. With a strong background in organizational leadership and public-private initiatives, her focus is safety, stewardship, and uplifting communities.

Jacob Burris leads financial oversight for REP and Mariposa Dorada, LP. He brings more than two decades of experience in private investment, fund structure, and risk modeling, ensuring fiscal responsibility, transparency, and reporting integrity.

Sam Pierce directs field geology and technical analysis for REP. He leads sampling programs, GIS integration, and discovery modeling, and is responsible for data integrity, QA/QC protocols, and exploration strategy. Widely acknowledged for his discoveries of the Guelb Moghrein copper-gold porphyry of Mauritania, the Olympus Advanced Argillic halos in Peru, and the Golden Mile porphyry in Nevada, Sam’s scientific expertise coupled with his intuitive understanding of complex systems makes him an irreplaceable asset to his clients.

A Marine veteran and logistics officer, Raul Bordayo leads REP’s logistics, procurement, and site management operations. He ensures secure, efficient movement of personnel and materials and coordinates vendor compliance, field safety, and communication.

Tom Selman brings over 40 years of geologic experience in hard rock mineral systems. A recognized expert in the Trans-Pecos region, he has authored dozens of technical reports and led numerous exploration programs across West Texas.

US-Coring provides field equipment, coring services, and technical support to REP. With a track record of precision execution in challenging terrain, their team enables efficient, high-quality subsurface analysis. Sandra Perry is a consulting exploration geologist, specializing in satellite/airborne imagery analysis and photogeology. Her work closely integrates traditional structural and geomorphic interpretation with digital spectral compositional prediction and mineral modeling—all focused on geologic exploration and field targeting.
