Rare Element Partners, LLC (REP) is a Dallas-based mineral exploration service company specializing in the discovery and development of non-hydrocarbon deposits. We work closely with landowners, leaseholders, government agencies, tribal governments, and both major and junior mining companies. With over a century of collective mineral exploration experience across various continents, REP possesses the expertise to uncover the hidden value of your land.
Rare Earth Elements (REEs) are more common than their name suggests, but discovering them in economically viable concentrations is uncommon. Furthermore, these concentrations must be in a suitable host rock to facilitate processing. Rare Element Partners possesses the expertise to not only locate REEs but also ensure their effective extraction from host rock formations.
REP specializes in the exploration of valuable metals, including gold, silver, platinum group metals, cobalt, scandium, and various other metals. Similar to our approach with REEs, our method involves a comprehensive three-step process. To learn more about REP's exploration techniques, please download our brochure.
As part of the coring process, REP isolates water zones and collects water samples, especially when brine water is present. These water samples are then analyzed to detect the presence of hydrous metals, such as lithium and zinc. This allows us to assess the potential for valuable hydrous resources in the exploration area.

*Infrared spectrometry is an important tool in the mineral exploration toolbox. Light interacting with materials reflects and absorbs certain wavelengths. Using a spectral library, we can compare captured spectra with spectra from known materials. As an example, epithermal gold deposits usually have a zoned halo of certain clays, micas, and other minerals. Comparing a library of these minerals with captured spectra narrows down exploration areas and gives field teams targets to examine.
At Rare Element Partners, LLC, we are committed to revolutionizing the exploration industry through substantial investments in advanced remote sensing technology, leveraging the latest in UAV (Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle) innovation. Our state-of-the-art drones, equipped with advanced sensory equipment, significantly reduce exploration costs by precisely identifying favorable surface mineralization.
Rare Element Partners (REP) employs state-of-the-art coring equipment and techniques. The data from core samples are analyzed in REP's mobile laboratories and integrated into specialized software to generate subsurface geo-maps. When combined with UAV sensing data, these comprehensive maps offer valuable insights into geological composition and the presence of mineral resources.
In situations where data indicates the potential for valuable mineral deposits, yet the client faces financial constraints, REP collaborates closely to secure the requisite invested capital. Our strategic partnerships enable us to leverage resources effectively, ensuring that promising exploration opportunities are not hampered by financial limitations.
