Managing Member & Co-chair

Milli has spent decades supporting entrepreneurs through both investment and insight. As one of the nation’s leading independent book publishers – with a keen eye for promising business ventures – she’s always been drawn to compelling stories with purpose at their core. That’s exactly what she saw in REP and its incredible leadership team. From the start, she recognized its significance and has played an instrumental role in its establishment and future growth. Danielle Gallo

Chief Operating Officer

Danielle Gallo has 25 years of experience in rural economic development, serving as a founder and board member of numerous nonprofit organizations. A 23-year resident of Marathon, TX, she has played a key role in both public and private initiatives, leveraging her expertise in hydrogeology to support sustainable resource use.

As a funding specialist for municipal infrastructure projects, Danielle has helped develop strategic, community-driven industry while championing economic diversity in underserved regions. Danielle is deeply committed to the history, culture, growth and preservation of the Trans-Pecos region and spends her free time rock hunting and practicing lapidary.

Sam Pierce

Chief Geologist

With two decades of experience in mineral exploration across the United States, Africa, and Latin America, Sam Pierce is a distinguished figure in the field. He is credited with discovering the advanced argillic Olympus Project in Peru and the Golden Mile gold porphyry in Nevada. For over 15 years, Sam has managed projects from greenfield to advanced stages, working with a diverse range of deposits including rare earth elements, volcanogenic massive sulfides, narrow quartz-gold veins, Iron Oxide-Copper-Gold, and copper-gold porphyries.

Jacob Burris

Chief Financial Officer

Bringing nearly 20 years in banking, Jacob Burris worked as a teller and in deposit operations through college and steadily advanced to a Senior Vice President managing a $120 million portfolio. His expertise spans real estate, oil and gas production and services, and commercial and industrial sectors.

A West Texas native, Jacob grew up on a small farm near Lubbock, where he developed a lifelong appreciation for the land. He earned his finance degree from Lubbock Christian University and moved to Midland in 2011 to pursue his career. Today, he lives there with his wife and daughter and enjoys playing golf in his free time.

Tom Selman

Member, Supervising Geologist

Tom Selman is the President and CEO of Selman and Associates, LTD, a company that has been a leader in the geological field for 41 years. Under his leadership, the firm has successfully completed thousands of projects both in the United States and internationally. Tom is renowned for developing advanced gas analysis equipment and cutting-edge software that have transformed mineral exploration and geo logging. He supplies REP with the skilled geologists, geo-technicians, and mapping specialists essential for their operations.
